SALES EXECUTIVE (INTERNAL)
Valcan is seeking a highly organised and proactive Internal Sales Executive to support our field sales team and drive consistent sales activity. This role plays a critical part in capturing field activity, maintaining CRM accuracy, generating new opportunities, and ensuring no actions or opportunities are missed.

THE ROLE
Reporting into the sales team, the Internal Sales Executive will support field sales by capturing meeting activity, structuring follow-ups, and generating qualified opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Capturing and logging all field sales meetings in CRM within 24 hours
- Recording key discussion points, project details, decision-makers and next steps
- Tracking, chasing and escalating actions to ensure completion
- Conducting structured outbound calls to architects, contractors, and existing or dormant accounts
- Qualifying leads and booking high-quality meetings for the field team
- Maintaining CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene and reporting visibility
- Supporting consistent sales activity and measurable performance across the team

Monday to Friday - 07:30 – 16:30

Head Office – Bridgwater, Somerset
